Vision

Today is the first day of April. In the northern hemisphere Spring has Sprung. The days are getting longer the weather is getting warmer. It is a time for positivity and optimism. Music choices change with the seasons – we enjoy more chilled out tunes at this time of the year. This is quite evident with album releases – the music being introduced at this time is often quite different to what would be put out in Autumn.
It is a time for putting the winter behind us and looking forward to the summer.
An opportunity to improve ourselves – maybe start doing more exercise, buy some new glasses, eat better, pray more.
Go out and be the change.

April 18th to April 26th mark Passover (Pesach) this year.
This year this festival is particular poignant. It is all about being freed from oppression and slavery in Egypt. The Revolutions going on this Spring are all about people standing up against their Pharaoh and saying we want freedom. We are not free until everyone is free.

Pesach is one of the more difficult and expensive to observe. It requires a major change in diet and a disruption to the household. But more people observe it in some form than any other festival. I think this is a true sign of peoples desire to be part of something bigger than themselves. It is a time to bring friends and family together to remember the past, celebrate what we have and drink to freedom.

We would like to wish you all a great Easter, Passover and enjoy the spring.
